Cornell Sports Broadcasting Men’s Hockey Moves on to ECAC Semis after Overtime Thriller

In the final home game of the season and game three of the ECAC Quarterfinals, the Cornell Men's Hockey team defeated Qunnipiac to earn a spot in the semi-final game.  Joe Devin, who had two goals on the night and four in the series, scored the winning point halfway into the first overtime period.  The Big Red will face Dartmouth on Friday in Atlantic City, NJ. Big Red Banter Men’s Lacrosse Earns DeLuca First Win in Season Opener

The Men’s Lacrosse team opened its 116th season on Saturday behind first year Head Coach, Ben DeLuca.  Beating Hobart 14-9 at home, it was clear the Big Red had moved on from their semifinal loss to Notre Dame last spring.  Getting the scoring started for Cornell was junior captain, Rob Pannell, who found the back of then net one minute and 35 seconds into the game.
