miley cyrus and acting – not okay
April 9, 2010 —this past weekend i went to go have some harmless fun at the movies. i originally wanted to see shutter island ( i love those old detective movies) but i was reluctantly forced to go see the last song. this poat may be a little biased – i already hated her for her hoarse voice and long legs
i love nicholas sparks books they are unrealistic , always have that super tragic moment that brings people together and everyone ends up kissing. i knew all of this going into the theater but wow, i did not expect to be so humored the entire time.
the story is of an angsty teen ( miley cyrus) who has to move with her brother to her father house on the beach. her father has been recently blamed for a church fire in the local town. miley meets a beautiful model, by accident of course and he falls in love with her through a series of turtle egg watching sessions.
the MAIN problem with the movie is that the acting is just SO bad. liam helmsworth , who is now dating miley cyrus is put in a bathing suit, covered in mud and then drenched in rain to distract fro his acting skills.miley cyrus has some strange pout thing going on with her mouth so that she looks like one of those cats that have smushed in faces
