Sitting in on his sound check, we heard Billy poking fun at his production manager as he told us music jokes like, “What do you get when you drop a piano down a mine shaft? With about 10 of us shoved into a back-corner dressing room underneath the stage, Billy got a little rowdy when his road manager continued to pester him about getting dinner before the show…
