Kielbasa Extravaganza is an easy recipe anyone can pick up. You will need the following:
1 package Kielbasa, one onion chopped, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp
Spindel Farms Simply Outrageous! Pomegranate Vinegar (or another substitute), 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp chili powder.
In large skillet, saute onion in olive oil until clear. Add
Spindel Farms Simply Outrageous! Pomegranate Vinegar and simmer several minutes. Slice kielbasa into bite size pieces and add to onions. Add spices and simmer until kielbasa is warmed through.
A great substitute is my breakfast version! Just substitute Italian Sausage (mild or hot depending on your liking), add two cans of sliced potatoes and cook through for 10-15 minutes until golden brown!
