This woman spared no one!
This story unfolds on the sixth floor of Aguirre 295, Villa Crespo, Argentina. A couple and their two sons, aged 12 and 15, lived in the apartment. On May 21st, their housekeeper entered using her keys and screamed at the sight of one of the boy’s bodies!
Quickly, a neighbor rushed over to see what was happening. They called emergency services, as it was evident everyone was already dead in the house. Upon examining the scene, police ruled out the possibility of a break-in. The apartment was locked from the inside, and there were no signs of forced entry.
Another significant fact: the mother, named Laura Fernanda Leguizamón, had a single stab wound to the heart. She likely killed her family before turning the knife on herself! The victims were Ian and Ivo, aged 15 and 12, and their father, Bernardo Adrián Seltzer, aged 53. The investigation is now in the hands of the municipal police’s homicide division.
One of the children tried to resist!
For several hours, forensic police and the homicide division analyzed the scene. Their investigation allowed them to reconstitute the events with considerable accuracy. The woman first murdered her husband in his sleep. He likely did not have a chance to fight back and probably died in his slumber!
Next, she attacked her children. The first child was also in his room and attempted to defend himself. However, the repeated stabbings took their toll! Hearing the disturbance, the second child tried to escape but did not get far, as he died on the living room floor!
Once her deed was done, the woman went to the kitchen, where she wrote a letter. She then lay down in their bathtub and plunged the knife into her heart. The autopsy report revealed that they had all died around 6 AM. This explains why no one heard them fighting for their lives!
Disturbing episodes of madness!
According to the police, this woman was not in her right mind when she committed this atrocious crime. In fact, she had previously had a history of mental health issues. She had seen a psychiatrist and was undergoing medical treatment. Two months before the tragedy, she again succumbed to her internal demons!
