Many of us Friends fanatics have probably at one time or another wished we had a group like the one on the show. Though Ithaca isn’t exactly New York City, CTB does resemble Central Perk…

 

Rachel Green

 

 

You would find her trying really really hard to not mess up your coffee order, and not even realizing when she gets it wrong. She’d then decide to be a Fiber Science major, as she’s much better suited for a career in fashion. Rachel would be the most spirited cheerleader and everyone’s favorite sorority sister.

 

Ross Geller

 

 

The most enthusiastic (and only) archaeology major, he would constantly tell you about research findings that only he considered interesting. For Ross’ physical education requirement, he would take the highest level of martial arts while boasting about his skills in “karat-ay”.

 

Joey Tribbiani

 

 

Joey would star in Risley’s production of Rocky Horror Picture Show – and the one “big” role he gets cast in would be his claim to fame for all four years. He’d have multiple CTB sandwiches named after him, which you can be sure he would risk his life to protect in the event a car backfires. Out at a party? Be prepared to hear him use his signature pick-up line at least three times a night.

 

Phoebe Buffay

 

 

You would surely be jealous of Phoebe, who would score countless dates with the hottest guys on campus. In her spare time, she’d promote the Animal Awareness Club and TA the massage P.E. Her unique guitar and song performances would be the highlight of Rulloff’s open-mic night. And there’s no doubt that Ithaca would be the perfect town for Phoebe’s hippie personality.

 

Chandler Bing

 

 

None of his friends would actually be able to name his major. He’d be spotted at parties busting out his killer dance moves. And his sarcastic comments would be much appreciated in the mag department of Slope Media.

 

Monica Geller

 

 

Monica would be the Hotelie you wouldn’t want in your classes, but would want on your intramural sports team. You’d room with her if you were ok with everything being in the same place all the time. And you’d be thankful for her neuroticism when it was formal season – she would plan every one like it was her wedding.

This group would be the perfect college squad. They’d make you laugh and they’d make you cry; but no matter what, they’d always be there for you.
